Working Principle

1. Product Transfer: 

   Products move from an entry conveyor onto a weighing conveyor. 

2. Weight Measurement: 

   As a product is on the weighing conveyor, it exerts pressure on a load cell, which records multiple weight readings to determine the product's accurate weight. 

3. Trigger System: 

   An optical or ultrasonic trigger signals when a package is in the ideal weighing position to ensure accurate sampling. 

4. Rejection: 

   If the product's weight is outside the acceptable range, a rejecter mechanism automatically removes it from the production line.
